Aloha! I'm Hollie Villaluz

I’m an Online Business Manager and Systems Strategist who helps passionate entrepreneurs escape the daily grind of operations so they can focus on what truly matters—their clients, their vision, and occasionally, a well-deserved vacation.

My Journey

With over 20 years in engineering, design and construction, I’ve always been the person who asks, “How can we make this easier or better?” While my career began in solar design and engineering management, my superpower quickly revealed itself: transforming chaotic processes into streamlined systems.

During my time leading operations for growing companies, I discovered my true passion wasn’t just in solving technical problems—it was in creating the space for visionaries to do their best work. I found myself implementing Monday.com workflows, building automation systems, and designing processes and SOP’s that cut project timelines by weeks, not days.

This revelation led me to found Kōkua Success Collaborative, where I now bring that same technical precision and systems thinking to passionate entrepreneurs who are ready to level up, and be able to trust their back-end and tools to work for them and be able to work on their business or step away for vacation without taking their laptop to the beach!
